General information
The registration for the COST/IEEE-CASS FRACTAL is now open for FREE OF CHARGE. In order to attend the event, please complete the registration form and submit it before November 13, 2016. The number of participants is limited to 60 attendees. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis, therefore, we urge you to register as early as possible. The COST/IEEE-CASS FRACTAL is a public event, however, in case of large number of applicants a priority will be given to participants who are IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) members or researchers within a time span of up to 8 years from the date they obtained their Ph.D./Doctorate degree (or equivalent) at the time of registration to the event. COST Trainee grant for students
For a limited number of students a COST Trainee grant will be provided. Eligibility requirements for receiving this travel grant are the following:
- Registered at the event by the form bellow
- Citizen of one of 36 COST Member Countries
- A full-time student pursuing a Ph.D. degree in engineering or related field in a college or university
IEEE CASS travel grant for students
For a limited number of students an accommodation over 3 nights will be provided in the university dormitory. Eligibility requirements are the following:
- Registered at the event by the form bellow
- An IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Student/Graduate Student Member (you can become a member HERE)
- A full-time student pursuing a Bachelor, Masters, or Ph.D. degree in engineering or related field in a college or university
If you meet the requirements and interested to receive one of travel grants, please send us via email a half-to-one page long recommendation letter from your academic advisor to state your background and purpose of attending the event. In case of IEEE CASS travel grant priority will be given to applicants who have a recommendation from a member of the IEEE CAS Society.
Please note: Your registration and professional background will be examined. In case of doubts (i.e. unknown university / company, etc.) your registration and/or invitation letter for Visa application can be rejected.
